From there, you’ll be using the same kind of program that you’re already familiar with, since our server is compatible with most email clients. In fact, you’ll have access to Outlook at no charge with us. From there, you can manage “rules” for your messages. Want to give your assistant partial access to your mail box? No problem. You’ll be in full control and able to set this up in your on mailbox. You’ll even have the flexibility to create automated responses, when you’re away on business or on vacation. You’ll also have the ability to set up the filing of your incoming messages, so that certain messages go into certain folders.
