In the business world, time is most definitely money. The more time you waste, the more money you’re wasting, and that’s a simple fact. In this day and age of high speed and instant access, it’s often a shock to realize that a lot of companies that offer a hosted exchange server do not deliver e-mail in a timely manner! Instead of giving real-time access, they simply hold the e-mail in their server until they do the next “mass dump”. Some companies dump e-mails every half an hour, while others do so every hour. Can you imagine how much that could mess up your business? When you’re choosing a hosted exchange server, make sure you choose one that works in real time. This means that the instant you hit the send button on your e-mail program, the file or e-mail should be on its way over to the intended recipient. So make sure you choose carefully, else you cost your company both time and money!
