Knowing Your Employees
How well do you know your employees? If you’ve got a small company, with ten or so employees, you probably know them pretty well. If, however, your company is growing and you’ve got more staff than that, you probably don’t know all of your employees as well as you might. One problem that a lot of corporations is running across is that their employees are not as trustworthy as they need them to be. Company secrets are being sold for big bucks and there’s nothing that the owner can do about it.
